My other resolution is only one sponsor shy of being put onto the table, but I wanted to put forward a much more serious and necessary resolution for this board's consideration.

IMO the LNC cannot be taken seriously or earn renewed trust from our membership until we pass this and make a public statement about it. It's absurd that we've gone this long without it.

Resolution of the Libertarian National Committee:

WHEREAS, the federal government has claimed that no file exists on the eight-foot tall bipedal primate that has been spotted by thousands of credible witnesses in the national forests it owns and maintains;

WHEREAS, the federal government has demonstrated no difficulty classifying UFOs, weaponized weather research, and the contents of Hunter Biden's laptop, yet expects the American people to believe Bigfoot simply never came up;

WHEREAS, a free people have the unalienable right to know whether or not enormous cryptids are living in the woods, and no legitimate government can claim otherwise with a straight face;

WHEREAS, the Libertarian Party has opposed the surveillance and secrecy apparatus since its founding, and we refuse to make an exception for Sasquatch;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the LNC demands the immediate and unconditional declassification of all documents, footprint casts, hair samples, thermal imaging data, and inter-agency memos pertaining to Bigfoot and any other withheld cryptid entities;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the LNC stands firmly on the side of the people, the truth, and whatever is making those sounds in the woods at night.

I would appreciate the sincere urgency in getting this passed as soon as possible. The truth cannot wait any longer.

I am very disappointed in your lack of seriousness. Clearly Bigger Foot is of greater concern than Big Foot behind Mothman.
