Mr. Secretary, esteemed and otherwise-steemed members of the Libertarian National Committee,

I am pleased to proclaim that the affiliates hereinafter named have, by common accord and mutual assent, joined in fellowship to establish a representative region to the Libertarian National Committee for the term of 2026 through 2028:

• The Libertarian Party of Virginia (3.7898%)
• The Libertarian Party of North Carolina (2.4009%)
• The Libertarian Party of Maryland (1.9811%)
• The Libertarian Party of South Carolina (1.6688%)
• The Libertarian Party of West Virginia (0.5168%)
• The Libertarian Party of Delaware (0.5168%)
• The Libertarian Party of Washington, District of Columbia (0.2046%)

Whereas the region shall comprise 11.0788% of the membership eligible for such regions, now this region is therefore vested with the right to seat one Representative and one Alternate upon the Libertarian National Committee.

Furthermore, the regional accords, duly executed by the chairs of all affiliates hereinbefore named, are attached hereunto for the record and witness thereof.

Mr. Secretary,

The Libertarian Party of Delaware has requested to withdraw from the Mid-Atlantic region.

The chairs of the following state affiliates have consented to the withdraw of the Libertarian Party of Delaware:

• The Libertarian Party of Virginia

• The Libertarian Party of North Carolina

• The Libertarian Party of Maryland

• The Libertarian Party of South Carolina

• The Libertarian Party of West Virginia

The state affiliates not voting:

• The Libertarian Party of Washington, D.C. 

The withdrawal document, which includes signatures of all state chairs (other than that of Washington D.C.), is attached.

These state affiliates constitute a majority of the other state affiliates party to this agreement, in accordance with the Mid-Atlantic Regional Agreement the Libertarian Party of Delaware has withdrawn from the Mid-Atlantic Regional Agreement.

The Mid-Atlantic Region now includes:

• The Libertarian Party of Virginia (3.7898%)
• The Libertarian Party of North Carolina (2.4009%)
• The Libertarian Party of Maryland (1.9811%)
• The Libertarian Party of South Carolina (1.6688%)
• The Libertarian Party of West Virginia (0.5168%)

• The Libertarian Party of Washington, District of Columbia (0.2046%)

This constitutes 10.5620% of the regional-eligible sustaining membership.
