Steven,
The LNC's September 7 motion explicitly directed you, as Chair, to send this C&D letter.
Because you refused the order to send the letter (after our intent to do so was made public), the Democrats and leftist operators that are infringing on our brand in New Mexico quickly moved to issue a joint statement via their captured party, directly challenging
our trademark claim.
Was this maneuvering part of any of your secret legal discussions with Nick Sarwark? Isn't Nick Sarwark a close friend of Chris Luchini?
As previously discussed, multiple pre-approved cease-and-desist letters from prior cases—already vetted by counsel—were at your disposal. You were made aware of these and should have used them immediately to comply with the LNC’s directive.
What happened? Explain yourself.
We are now at risk of permanently losing our trademark—our name, our brand, and our ability to protect them against fraudulent misrepresentation—due to your gross negligence. We must now aggressively defend our trademark or risk losing it forever!
This is your fault.
Andrew Chadderdon
Region 1 Rep | Libertarian National Committee
Mr. Chadderdon,
I had spoken with council the other day on the matter of the cease and desist letter, I will pre-face with the fact that it is my full intention as well as Mr. Hall's to get this out as timely as possible. Most of Oliver's time and billable hours has been spent
answering the questions submitted by you and Mr. Martin.
I have cc'd Mr. Hall in this exchange. I have also been in touch with Derek Scott of NM. I hope the LNC can be or as much value as possible to NM.
Sincerely,
Steven Nekhaila
Chairman, LNC
