Thank you for bringing this motion forward. The New Mexico trademark litigation is a critical obligation of this organization, and I am glad to see it moving toward resolution.

This matter has been pending since the LNC's unanimous October 5, 2025 directive. I urge all members to support this motion promptly so that we may finally fulfill the commitment this body made nearly six months ago.

I don’t believe we’ve done it that way in recent history, but if there’s a designated expiration date then fine. I assumed these motions were being made with the intention of the secretary creating the ballots when available.
