Subject: Acceptance of Resignation of At‑Large Representative Kathy Yeniscavich
Dear Colleagues,
As Chair of the LNC I have moved "That the Libertarian National Committee accept the resignation of At-Large representative Kathy Yenischavich, as well as from all subcommittees."
As the new Secretary gets situated, I will step in and create a ballot to tender the resignation until such time that Mr. McMahon can take over.
Deadline For Votes
[Voting closes at 11:59PM PDT Mon, July 21st, 2025]
The Secretary (or Chair if appropriate) will report the vote totals to the LNC immediately following the close of this ballot.

As previously ruled, the two At-Large seats are vacant as the resignations had an immediate effect as indicated under RONR (the only exception is unpaid membership dues or pending disciplinary action) and DC corporate law, therefore, this motion is ruled null
and void.
