Dear Chair and LNC Members,
I raise a Point of Order that the current email ballot to create an ad-hoc Supplemental Messaging Committee focused on ICE, immigration reform, and governmental abuses — with proposed members including Kyle Davis and Amanda Griffiths — is out of order and the ballot should be terminated immediately. [1]
The Chair is requested to rule the motion out of order for the following reasons:
The motion proposes to grant direct posting authority on official Libertarian Party social media accounts to individuals who have publicly expressed or associated with positions inconsistent with the Party's foundational Non-Aggression Principle (as affirmed in the Statement of Principles and the membership pledge required by Bylaws Article 4, Section 1).
The proposed motion therefore violates the Bylaws, the spirit of the Party's Statement of Principles, and adopted LNC policy, and should not be considered.
If the Chair rules this Point of Order not well taken, I give notice of intent to appeal the ruling to the Judicial Committee.

[3] Kyle Davis (@OrcinusWasHere) X posts justifying armed resistance (examples):
Direct call for citizens to "shoot back" at ICE agents (October 7, 2025): "Every time they visit violence upon people, like the woman they just shot for no reason, the citizens should be shooting back to defend themselves. ... ACAB." Link: https://x.com/OrcinusWasHere/status/1975443062135341557
Advocacy for showing up "armed to the teeth" to confront/stop ICE, using force if they "get out of line" (October 5, 2025): "I'm saying we show up armed to the teeth anywhere ICE is showing up and the MOMENT they get out of line, we stop them. WHEN they become violent (because they will), we used the force required to stop them." Link: https://x.com/OrcinusWasHere/status/1974888950214132031
Statement that "fighting" ICE agents is "pro-America" (October 4, 2025, quoting a DHS official's post about an armed confrontation): "ICE is unconstitutional. Fighting armed thugs who are kidnapping peaceful people is pro-America." Link: https://x.com/OrcinusWasHere/status/1974559955668877503
These were mostly phrased in contexts of response to perceived government initiation of force, but they explicitly reference using lethal or confrontational force against agents. I do not raise this issue from personal animus, but for concern for our organization.
