My proposals' problem-solution-benefit statement drafts, and note on change

All,

Attached are drafted statements for each proposal, to better explain their rationales. The reasons for the individual changes of Proposals 1 and 2 are listed in the tables.

Upon further review, I realized that what I have listed as Proposal 10, making changes to 2.6, is entirely redundant with the wording of 2.11 and is not needed. So consider that one withdrawn.

Sorry for the confusion - I was using the numbering of my proposals, not the ones we'd already passed.
