My Proposal 9 is an amendment to 2024 #11 for consideration on Monday. I also want to replace "outer space" in the space one with "the universe beyond Earth".

If my putting this in multiple places bombards you with redundant emails, my apologies, but given the issues I've heard described with inconsistent access to the platforms and people not getting notice of things, I thought better to err on this side.
