Subject: HIP, HIP, HOORAY!

Been saying that for a long time and was told was barking up

the wrong tree as would never pass and most likely get me

thrown off Bylaws Committee.  

Why would anyone who has no stake in and does not

belong to an organization have any say in its operation

let alone have a vote?  Ditto those who have expressed

hating the LNC.

Also, there should be some age limit for Delegates;

have seen people bring their children, way under

voting age, sitting as Delegates and casting votes

at Reno and DC.
