Mr. Chair,

Caryn Ann Harlos is doing a stream on the convention schedule. She says
we only have 2 hours and 15 minutes for bylaws?!!! What is going on?!!!!

In liberty,
Dr. Chuck Moulton

Dr. Moulton,

I don't think she has the actual draft business agenda that the Chair is using. Currently on the draft agenda I'm showing the Bylaws Committee as being allocated 2 hours and 30 minutes. The previous reports on the agenda are unlikely to use their full allocated time, so 2 hours and 45 minutes is the more likely current actual time. That is also assuming the Credentials and Agenda adoption go to allocated time, and we don't end up with chaos across the whole weekend. Adopting the Credentials Report quickly and the Agenda are other ways to gain time prior to that if the body wishes to.  I have other time saving thoughts, but I appear to be in the minority on that implementation.

Attached is my draft report script I will be using for the Bylaws Report.

Respectfully,

Paul Darr
Vice Chair
Libertarian National Committee

More than eleven months. Some of this goes back 4 years.

Mr. Darr's summation as to Bylaws Proposals is short, sweet,
clear, concise, and unambiguous as to all proposals without
any huffing and puffing.

The provisos on 2 and 9 are unnecessary and redundant as covered in
RONR and our own Rules which allow for renumbering and relettering
where warranted.
