11/2 Agenda and Meeting Reminder

Please see the attached proposed Agenda for Sunday's meeting. I currently only see one proposal currently pending with the other withdrawn.

I would like a proposal making some of the committee appointment timelines clearer as the current wording is inconsistent on timelines and confusing to people but I can speak to that more at some point tomorrow.
