Minority Report—Delegate Seasoning

Hi all,

In light of the appetite from the floor regarding delegate seasoning requirements following recent posts from Michael Heise (screen shots attached), Kyle Davis and I are signing on to a second minority report for Proposal 11. Please see below:

CONVENTIONS

1. Delegates to the National Convention shall be those individuals:

    a. who are either sustaining members of the Party and/or members of an affiliate party; and 

    b. who have been such members for the prior or more years; and 

    c. whose membership has not lapsed for longer than thirty (30) days within the prior year.

Proviso: This bylaw shall go into effect immediately upon the close of the regular convention at which it is passed.

It should be numbered 2, not 1, and b. is missing a number of years?
