Attached please find V1 of Day Two of the Convention as well as all Appendices. I have not printed these and done extensive review as that takes some time away from them for a day or two and wanted to get this draft before you asap.

Remember I am doing drafts by days for feedback. I am working on Day Three next.

After some time for review I will submit a complete draft both here and on the LNC website as required by the LNC bylaws.
