I apologize that this meeting is so late, but it's been challenging to get all of the excom together. 

This is to discuss and vote on ballot access encumbrances. 

I am moving, on behalf of Bill Redpath, a 25K encumbrance for AL. I anticipate this motion will be amended.

Tonight is mostly date night with Wayne, will post notice later tonight or tomorrow.  The ExComm has notice so we satisfied policy manual but even posting notice tomorrow satisifies the new PM if notice was required to entire LNC (which it isn’t and perhaps that is another PM change to make).
