We have an email ballot.  Votes are due to the LNC Business List on this email thread by 11:59 pm Pacific Time on June 15, 2024.

 

Motion:  Move to make the following changes as noted in the attached marked-up Policy Manual: 7, 10, 12 (footnote), 13,  and 33.  These changes comprise making the five days notice and report requirement standard throughout; removing legacy language applicable only to last term; adding attendance to the format of standard agenda; and, putting in a notice requirement for the LNC Ex Comm which was absent before.

Mr. Redpath, you are correct on “day’s” and that is minor grammatical change I believe I am empowered to make and will.  And I meant to delete the reference to page 13.  That was changed previously to exempt the Historical Committee from automatic terms of office.  The language in the attached version remains unchanged.  There is no change on page 13.
