Subject: List of all outstanding minutes to review in one place to keep things easy for folks
These were all submitted more than timely under the auto-review process. Under that process, the LNC has fifteen days to suggest changes which expires on 6/21. Once that date comes, the LNC has an addition five days to review.
Here are three sets moving timely through the auto-review process:
- Preconvention Minutes 5/23
- Postconvention Minutes 5/24
- EC Minutes 6/4
I am not including any convention minutes as they follow an entirely different timetable.
Please review and let me know of any other changes. I figured it was simplest for everyone to put on one thread.

Reminder that since corrections were submitted during timely auto-approve window, there is an additional 5 days added which brings the date by which further corrections must be submitted or they are auto-approved to 6/26/24.
FYI, draft convention minutes are due by 7/25/24. The LNC will have them well before then. After presented to the LNC, they have to be published on the website for at least 14 days for members to review before they are presented for approval.
