Please find attached the June 2024 Membership Report.
I would like to make everyone aware of an issue on the website that resulted in new donors not being prompted to sign the pledge. This issue was identified and has been corrected but did affect a significant portion of our June data. In June we had 12321 donors
that qualified for membership based on their contributions, however 385 of them were not prompted to sign the pledge. If they had been prompted and signed, our membership numbers would have seen a 1% increase instead of a 2% decrease.
Staff will be reaching out to these 385 donors to ask them to sign the pledge, but it is unlikely that will be resolved before the end of the month. Rather than make the board and members wait, I wanted to release June data with this additional information.
