Hello all,

Apologies if I have missed it somewhere, in which case please point me in the right direction.

I am looking at making travel arrangements, and curious what are the meeting schedules on the other days before Sunday?  I saw the mention below about usually wrapping up around 5-6 on Sunday, but I was thinking to stay until Monday so as not to have to rush out.  Do any other folks do the same?

I was also not clear when things will start.  The link to the reservation page below for the hotel says that the discount rate goes from Thursday the 22nd until Sunday the 25th (Sadly not including thru Monday).  Does the meeting start on Friday morning?

I had also heard from others who mentioned that they were planning to travel there only on Friday, so I was wondering if it is needed to take a day off work Friday, or if we can travel Friday evening without missing any business.

Meetings start Saturday morning. We may have a social Friday that's sometimes tradition although not sure this time. I try to get there Friday midday and leave Monday morning for convenience's sake.

Getting here, if possible, earlier on Friday is always a good idea. Travel delays are frequent ... and hard to rebound from with a hard 9AM start. 

Monday morning stays are helpful. You have the luxury of a relaxed Sunday night, and the opportunity to meet with other Board Members in an informal setting.

With the meeting occurring on Saturday and Sunday, is it a mistake that the hotel discount is from Thursday to Sunday instead of Friday to Monday? 

Just wondering if I should hold off on booking if would be overpaying for Sunday night if it may change.

Some LNC members like to get in on Thursday and leave Monday morning, so I don’t believe it is a mistake since the rate would apply for Sunday night and not Monday night. It hasn’t been an issue at least since my time on the LNC.
