Subject: DRAFT CONVENTION MINUTES DAY THREE V1
Attached is a draft of Day 3 only of the convention minutes. Drafts of Day 1 and 2 having previously been posted as well as all the appendices minus the Teller’s Report which is still being prepared. Please let me know of any corrections.
This has been a long tedious road – I am going to give myself time away from them to clear my mind before posting a complete set with any corrections sent to me. Before I assemble into a complete set I will, with a bit a time, give them a thorough read through to smooth out any errors and inconsistencies I see. You can likely expect a full set by week’s end assembled together.
I will then give the LNC and readers of this list about a week to review after which they will be posted on the website for fourteen days as required by our bylaws. After all that, they will be up for an approval vote.
I am working on last week’s Executive Committee meeting minutes now.
