The Hotel has a free local shuttle. Transportation to the hotel from the airport is 15$ each way. 

This particular Hilton can best be described as a "Boutique Hotel", having originally served as a Bank, then a Chapel. If the Hilton is sold out, there are at least a dozen hotels within reasonable walking distance.

Dining & Entertainment
There are endless restaurant choices within walking distance of the hotel/meeting site. Here is a great article with some current choices ....

The Libertarian Party of Rhode Island will be hosting at a location TBD, an event ... In all likelihood, a Karaoke Night, as a benefit to support LPRI Election Reform Legislation efforts!
Rhode Island’s capital city has an A-plus dining scene.
