Subject: Accounting Update

#1: In a separate email, I will forward today's LNC Cash Report from Executive Director Hannah Kennedy.

#2: I was requested by Chair McArdle and Kathy Yeniscavich to prepare a proposed revised Full Year 2024 Line-by-Line Expense Budget, based on January through August actual expenses, because several expense lines' actual expense through August were more than 10% over the full year budget amount. I have submitted that to them for their review. I will leave it to the Chair to put that matter to the LNC, if she so desires.

#3: I am trying to resolve some minor discrepancies on the August month end financial report with our outside accountant. I hope I can do so today. If not, I will forward what we've got to the LNC and resolve the minor discrepancies later.

#4: There was a meeting today among Hannah Kennedy, Joseph (our outside accountant), Paula Edwards (our FEC consultant), and me to discuss issues regarding the July 20, August 20 and September 20 FEC reports. Amended reports will be filed for all three months. Once draft amended reports are prepared by Miss Edwards and reviewed by Hannah and me, the amended reports will be filed with the FEC.
