Please find attached the August 2024 Membership Report.

You will notice an outsized number of memberships in the “other” category, and a subsequent fall in state-attributed memberships. This is a known issue caused by a formatting difference between qualifying contributions migrated from Civi vs new qualifying contributions that have come through Zoho.

Staff and our Zoho consultant are working to remedy this in the membership module, so that the membership attributions to states will be correct going forward. This does not affect an individual’s membership status, only the reporting feature when aggregating by state. As always, we appreciate your patience, and I will provide another update on progress at the next report.
