We have an LNC Email Ballot. LNC Email Ballot 20241031 closes at 11:59 pm PST on November 6, 2024.
Motion: Move to appoint Adrian F Malagon as Interim LNC Secretary.
Moved By: Mr. HamanCo-Sponsors (In Order): Mr. Watkins, Mr. Garcia, Mr. Ford, Ms. Yeniscavich
Vote Threshold Required: Majority (9 Votes)
The purpose of this motion is to have a Secretary for the upcoming trial to fulfill a requirement. It is strictly clerical and does not come with voting privileges. An Interim Secretary does not have voting rights because there is no vacancy.
