lnav crash rapport

He hello,

Was trying out lnav, and it keeps crashing. Hope these rapports help.

Thanks for trying it out, I'm sorry it's crashing.  It looks like you're using v0.9.0, which
is quite old at this point.  The latest release is v0.13.2:

  https://github.com/tstack/lnav/releases/tag/v0.13.2

Hopefully the newer version works better for you.
