PKDD is one of the most important events in the field of Knowledge
Discovery in Databases (KDD) and attracts both researchers and
practitioners from all over the world. PKDD’99 conference in Prague
is the third in the series of PKDD conferences: in 1997 it was
held in Trondheim, Norway, and in 1998 in Nantes, France.
