(DBWORLD) Notes/Slides from Berkeley "Postmodern DB" Seminar

seminar on "Postmodern Database Systems: Databases Meet the Web". The
seminar was co-organized by visiting fellow Dr. Michael Carey (IBM
Almaden) and Prof. Joe Hellerstein, and featured distinguished
speakers from academia and industry. The talks covered a range of
topics related to information management challenges at the nexus of
database and web research.
A website for the seminar is now available to the general public at
http://db.cs.berkeley.edu/postmodern/. The site features slides from
the speakers' talks, as well as a list of readings and graduate
