Job Title Project Manager Company Profile Our client is the world's largest independent company for the development of powertrain systems with internal combustion engines as well as instrumentation and test systems. Job Profile Ensure effective planning, coordination and communications between project team engaged in ongoing operations . Ensure no unplanned interruption to ongoing operations. Successfully implement approved facility investments within time and funding constraints in full compliance with regulatory requirements as well as full conformance with policy and procedural requirements - including and not limited to Safety, Environmental, Health, Financial, Procurement and Legal, Security and Information Technology groups. Leverage resources within the enterprise as required. Lead a team of contractors, vendors and suppliers to design, procure, construct, commission, and turnover facility investments; close projects. Special coordination for asset extractions, selective and general decommissioning / demolition activities is anticipated. Maintain project controls, report on status and maintain documentation pertaining to financial, schedule and scope performance. Maintain documented control and reporting for program / project level risk and change. Exceptional communication and technology skills to communicate, capture and document complex data information - including analysis and recommendations with ongoing precision and accuracy. Candidate Profile Good knowledge of engine development process. Experience in a Automotive sector - R&D must. Project management in general (demonstrated - preferably in automotive sector) Project planning tools (MS Project) MS Office (particularly strong Excel and Word skills) Qualification B.E Mechanical along with MBA will be preferred MBA Operations Mandatory Experience Min.5 yrs experience Preferably from Automotive Industry Salary Package Between 9 Lacs to 14 Lacs per annum Place of Posting Gurgaon Candidates belonging from South India will have to sign a BOND of 3 years for 4 lacs rupees and candidates belong from elsewhere will have to sign a BOND for 1.3 years for 3 lac rupees.
