Hi,

I am Shrija Mishra.I want to apply for GSOC 2015 through this organisation.I know C,am learning C++ and interested in mathematics.I want to work on the project idea:Implement BLAS wrappers in FLINT to improve linear algebra performance.How shall I start with?
