MG1264 progress

We're working hard on MG1264 PCI card. It takes longer then expected.
But the product that shapes up now is worth the wait.

We have completed the physical design of the board, the VHDL coding
for PCI controller, Linux device driver for PCI controller is
operational as well.

Currently we are completing the final integration with Mobyligen's
QHAL application library and device driver.

Task left before we can product pilot boards (revision 3) are:
1. bringup test application
2. audio circuits setup
3. video mode setup (I2C communications with video front end are done)
after these taks the card would be usable
4. clean up PCI card layout with all patches needed applied

After that the board is usable. Then we will have to do:

5. Replace QHAL layer with LinVS - this is due to restictive licensing
on QHAL code. Trying to negotiate on that with MG as well.
