Dear All

I am happy the share a brief presentation that was done by me in Jan 2019,after elaborate study of the current legislation in Karnataka, KAOA, KOFA, KSRA, RERA, mainly focusing on home buyers / owners rights to Common Area, DoD, Conveyance of Deed, UDS, and registration, and maintenance of RWA under the correct and appropriate government bodies.
