Draft Agreement for Sale under RERA - Many Lacunae

Dear All,

I attach a letter addressed to the Chairman of Karnataka RERA and copy endorsed to other two members of the Authority for your information. Please also refer to the attached Order No. 18 of Gujarat RERA Authority on formation of Association of Allottees. Gujarat RERA Authority has decided to form Association of Allottees under Cooperative act or Companies Act. They have taken a stand for forming new Association of Allottees under Gujarat Apartment Ownership Act, 1973 (GAOA). Similar decision is already taken by Government of Maharashtra and MahaRERA. The same can be confirmed by carefully reading the MahaRERA Rules and their Agreement for Sale.

Correction- please read one sentence as under.

They have taken a stand for NOT forming new Association of Allottees under Gujarat Apartment Ownership Act, 1973 (GAOA).

I need help to understand how does a KAOA 1972 registration certificate for an apartment RWA looks like. Can someone please send me a soft copy of the same.
