It is a good announcement for suffering home-buyers whose projects are stuck for years.The success of the scheme depends on the procedures/guidelines to be formed for successful implementation for using the stress fund. The stress fund/scheme should be made applicale for all stuck projects in India and not restricted only elhi and surrounding areas. Wish that justice will be done for all suffering home-buyers in stuck projects.
