·        Resolving all our common issues.

Here is how:

RERA is implemented in Karnataka on 10th July 2017 with persisting efforts of this group - Fight for RERA movement.. At the same time, the existing laws that regulate the sales of real estate would be amended to ensure compatibility.

This is the unique opportunity for all of us to unite and address the long-pending issues.

We must also make sure that RERA is implemented properly, and is applied to all "incomplete" projects, suffering from any/all of the following issues:
Hand-over of common area is pending

·        OC is not obtained

·        Documents and plans are not handed over

·        Corpus balance is not handed over

·        Remaining amount of BWSSB/BESCOM deposits not returned; account not given

·        Khata issues not resolved by builder

Please pass on the word and invite more people to join from all over Karnataka.
Anyone can join: You need not be an office-holder in your complex.

·        There are no charges or fees.

·        From any given community (residential complex), any number of people can join.
