g2c_ratpts

Dear LMFDB team,

I'm trying to use the g2c_ratpts database -- I want to run some experiments for which I both need the equations of the genus 2 curve, its analytic rank and its (known) rational points. I could download the equations and analytic rank (and more) in one file using the download button at

https://www.lmfdb.org/Genus2Curve/Q/?analytic_rank=2

But the rational points are not included here (only the number of rational points, not the actual coordinates). Is there a way to download the g2c_ratps database in a similar fashion, or could you grant me access? I tried writing a little script calling the api to access g2c_ratpts for each curve in turn, but I run into errors because of some recaptcha-are-you-human checks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. All the best,

Hi Marius,

The easiest option is probably to use a direct SQL connection, either using lmfdb-lite (if you're writing in Python) or other SQL bindings (if you're writing in any major language).  See the bottom of https://www.lmfdb.org/api/options for some more details, and let us know if you get stuck!
