Feature request: search elliptic curves by local conductor exponent and Kodaira type

Hi,

I noticed that one criteria to search for elliptic curves is by including primes of bad reduction which is quite nice. Could this possibly be expanded to enable one to include the conductor exponent at that prime (especially for p=2,3) and/or include the Kodaira type at that prime?
