Duplicate number fields

Hi all,

Some number fields seem to exist multiple times in the database.

For example, the following number fields have the same defining polynomial:
4.2.4174848.1
4.2.4174848.3

Thank you for finding this and pointing it out.  All duplicates should now be removed from beta.
