Strictly speaking this is not an error, it is an indication that the L-function you are looking for is not in the database, which is correct. We should however disable the link that led you there. I have created an issue for this:

These L-functions were previously generated dynamically on demand, but because we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the results (or search on them through the L-functions search pages), we decided to remove them. You can compute them yourself using Mark Watkins sympow package (which is included in SageMath).
We do hope to compute data for these L-functions and add them to the databse in the future. I agree that it is unfortunate that there are no arithmetic L-functions of degree 3 in the database at present (we also hope to add Dedekind zeta functions).
