Hello, I have been working on an application to navigate abstract groups and have been querying the LMFDB to get started. But because of a bug in my code I've noticed that I have been repeatedly querying the LMFDB with the same queries hundreds of times. This wasn't supposed to happen as my program was meant to cache results and only query the LMFDB once per query. Please let me know if you've noticed irresponsible activity from some individual querying the group APIs.

Saturday night we blocked some ip addresses that were putting unreasonable amount of stress on our servers, that might have been you.
What is your application intended to do, and what language are you writing in?
There are options for connecting directly to a public SQL server that might work better than using the API.
