Loading a file as a resource

I want to use LMF platform to manage LOD in university, I have already upload RDF data representing the extensional ontology, that is individuals, now I would like to upload two files representing intensional ontology (individuals and thesaurus). These files are owl files, but it is not necessary to load data in triple store: I would like to load files as text/plain resources, with metadata like version, author, license etc... The final purpose is to have URL to get ontology files and tools to browse, search, get individuals...

In the previous version of the documentation there was a description of how to upload resources like files and add metadata (something like a digital library) is it possible to have that description?

What I need is how to use LMF as a digital library: I want to put files and metadata into LMF, and I don't want that files are open to try to put content in triple store. I remember that it was possible.
