LMF Installer issue

Hi,

I have downloaded lmf-installer-3.1.0.jar from https://bitbucket.org/srfgkmt/lmf/downloads and installed into my windows 8.1 laptop. Installation was successful but when I click "start lmf" in start menu it popup a dialog box asking to select the host address. But in that window it didn't allow me to do anything other than "cancel". So I cannot start LMF. I have attached the screenshot.
Please help
