migration to bitbucket

Hi,

given the news that Google is going to shutdown the code hosting
service, we're migrating the project to the Salzburg Research account at
Bitbucket:

https://bitbucket.org/srfgkmt/lmf

All code and wiki content is already migrated; we have to check options
for the issues migration.

Please, do not hesitate to contact us if you found any issue related
with the migration.
