Noneof the newer drivers work. I have seen numerous mentions on the forums about this but Intel keeps saying "Please try this and that" - dude, nothing works. The new drivers clearly leaves this NIC in the dust. We have 120 devices that can't connect on the newest drivers but can on the older ones. This is frustrating to say the least.
We've tried Lenovo's newest driver and the ones from here on the Intel Download Center - it's all the same. On WiFi 6 network the drivers fail completely. It's ridiculous. The NICs should be able to step down to ac if they don't support ax (mentioned on the specs site here) - and they clearly step down on their older driver. But all the new ones break and the NICs are unable to connect to the network at all.
We are running FortiGate with Forti APs. Phones and newer NICs from Intel and Realtek all connect without an issue. You have to do something about the 9560 NIC. It's embarrasing and it ruins our workdays because people keep getting disconnected whenever Windows or Microsoft Update decides to choose a new driver. We can't run on old drivers either as a lot of exploits aren't fixed on those.
I'm sorry if I'm being blunt (I am) but I'm really tired of troubleshooting this issue. None of our other models with different NICs have any issues. And it worked on older drivers here - you clearly changed something and it left the AC 9560 in the dust to rot.

I've tried updating the Thunderbolt firmware, Thunderbolt driver and BIOS of the the laptop but when I plug in my Razer Core, I get the windows "Limited Functionality" popup and nothing showing up in the Thunderbolt Control Center.
I've tested the Razer Core X + RX 5700 XT GPU on my older Lenovo Thinkpad and it worked straight away so I know it must be something to do with the laptop and not the GPU or Razer Core X. However, the older laptop uses Thunderbolt Software and the newer one has Thunderbolt Control Center. I haven't been able to install the Thunderbolt Software though as it seems that is no longer used?
@itsage Thanks, I changed the BIOS Thunderbolt security setting to No Security. However, I uninstalled the Thunderbolt Control Center while trying to reinstall all the drivers/etc and now i can't reinstall the Thunderbolt Control Center. The MS app store is disabled and I have no way of enabling it so I can't see how I can get this working now. I'm just going to use my old laptop and live with the slightly lower FPS
@michaeljg, The Thunderbolt device/component doesn't appear in Device Manager unless you have something connected to the laptop. I download the drivers manually then update it through Device Manager by right-clicking on the appropriate Thunderbolt device. Once the drivers are installed, the Microsoft Store will allow the install of Thunderbolt Control Center. Sometimes it happens automatically follow the install of Thunderbolt drivers.
Additionally, I've looked at this post here, -setup/thunderbolt-control-center-vs-intel-thunderbolt-software/ and tried to follow along but I cannot see the "Thunderbolt" device anywhere in the Device Manager. I can see the "Core X" appear here:
hi guys, i have a similar problem with a lenovo t580 and a coreX. the egpu does not appear in the thunderbolt list software. also tried reinstalling the thunderbolt drivers and updated the firmware but still i can`t see the coreX in the thunderbolt devices.
My keyboard, now happening for 2 times behaves as if the R shift key is pressed as shows on the on screen keyboard. I have updated my keyboard drivers, I have switched off sticky keys and toggle keys in the settings but the issue is somehow resolved. however what stroke me most is that it came back within a period of 2 weeks after solving the issue previously.

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad X13 (AMD) which I purchased recently, with the touchscreen option (AU Optronics B133HAK02.2). Based on information on the net, this model is ostensibly a 8-bit panel (or perhaps 6-bit FRC?).
In either case, normally, I would expect Windows to report the panel as being a 8-bit panel (it does so for my Dell U2417H when connected to the laptop, even though it is a 6-bit FRC panel). However, I noted that Windows shows the bit depth as 6-bit color when I go to "View advanced display options". There does not seem to be any option to toggle 8bpc in the Radeon Settings control panel (I have downloaded the latest drivers just to be sure).
Initially, I thought "okay, maybe this is just a reporting error, or perhaps this is how AMD reports it to Windows", but this classification as a 6-bit panel seems to have some repercussions. Namely, whenever I view a solid, dark-coloured background (e.g. grey), the solid colour instead appears noticeably grainy, much like a JPEG or MPEG compression artifact. I suspect it is the graphics driver trying to dither the colour (in a very poor manner).
For a while, I was resigned that this is a permanent characteristic of my panel and I would just have to deal with it. However, I got an idea today to boot up to an Ubuntu live CD, and lo and behold! I did not notice any dithering artifacts there and all my solid colours appear, well, solid. I went to the store to test a ThinkPad X13 (Intel version) with the same display panel and it also displays solid colours properly.
