Beta down for system maintenance

As noted on the LMFDB Zulip, beta.lmfdb.org will be unavailable for much of the day on March 24 (today) due to necessary system maintenance (we are upgrading the OS on the server).  I will post again when the upgrades are complete.

Beta is back up but will need to be brought down again for a few hours tomorrow morning.

In order to complete the upgrade we need to put beta.lmfdb.org in read-only mode while we migrate the database to the latest version of postgres.  This means that knowl-editing will be temporarily disabled, but the website should be otherwise up and available for browsing.  I will post again when the upgrade has been completed.
