legendre is currently unavailable

There was a power outage at MIT this morning that apparently fried one of the network switches that connects the LMFDB development machine legendre.mit.edu to the outside world.  Fortunately grace is unaffected (so beta.lmfdb.org is alive and well).

They are working on fixing the problem but this may take some time.  I will let everyone now when legendre becomes available again.
