New inventory system

The new inventory system is now live on beta.lmfdb.org.   It is possible to view information without being logged in but editing is only possible when logged in, just as with knowls.  In due course this will be also available (read-only) on te main site www.lmfdb.org.

It is supposed to be self-explanatory but I will write some notes about it; some things remain to be done, such as making it possible to add new databases and collections.  The information is all stored in the main database (as with knowls), and is intended to completely replace the separate git repository https://github.com/LMFDB/lmfdb-inventory.

I suggest that if there are questions and suggestions, tha this by done via the github issue system rather then on this list.  I have made a new issue label "inventory".
