Siegel modular forms and lattices

I am posting the attached proposal on behalf of Giulio Codogni, an algebraic geometer at EPFL.  Giulio would like to add more Siegel modular forms to the LMFDB, and has some interesting ideas about how to effectively compute them in a systematic way.  Giulio is looking for someone with a computational background and experience with the LMFDB to help with this project.  Interested parties should contact Giulio directly at the e-mail address included in the proposal.
