RingBuffer from Event

Just to make sure I didn't miss something: I did not see a built in/trivial way for the Event to know which RingBuffer it is a part of (pre-populated), is that right? It's nothing critical, but might make some code a little nicer.

No, that would require enforcing a type constraint on the event.
