How to add Makefile based project to Eclipse CDT by using LLVM

I am trying to add the clang based, Makefile based project to Eclipse CDT but no luck so far.

Like g++ projects, LLVM is not allowing to override "Build Command" in "C/C++ Build" section.

Is there any way to achieive this.?
