llvm-py for LLVM 2.7.

Hi.

llvm-py (as of SVN trunk r89) has been updated for LLVM 2.7.
Deprecated classes like ModuleProvider have been removed, passes have
been updated, a few more APIs covered. The documentation has not been
updated yet, but should happen in the coming days.

I plan to make another release, after more testing and documentation.

Contributions in the form of testing, patches, documentation, examples
and spreading the word are heartily appreciated.
