committee meeting

Hi Rouan and Nastasja,

I was thinking it'd be good to have a meeting to sort out the
Club's mission statement. What we currently have (taken from
Dropbox) is attached, as is the club's constitution statement
(called "constitution"). Firstly, there are (ironically, given
the club's name) a few grammatical issues in that file :P but
seriously, looking at the clubs direction long-term will be
important, if we want it to continue after this semester. So ...

* A good time for a meeting for me would be next Thursday (the
12th) at 4PM; does that work for you guys? If not, could you
suggest any more preferable times? :)

* Do you think we should invite Aska? I would personally prefer
not to but am open to opinions.

Hi Aine and Nastassja,

Thank you Aine for taking the initiative (and having the time) to look
into this. I agree that it would be good to have a meeting about
this, and 4:00 on Thursday the 12th works for me. We are under no
obligation to invite Aska, as he is not in fact a financial member of
the club.

On another subject, have we got a room booked for the film screening yet?

Hi guys,

Yes, room 216 in Arts1 is booked from 6 to 8:30PM on Tuesday the
24th for the film screening.

I've also attached a version of the constitution that I have made
some changes to (mostly grammatical and formality of language). I
haven't changed anything to do with the club's aims etc as I
think it'd be better to talk about that sort of thing together
first.
